Deliveries will begin November 18th. Deliveries are only available to the Kansas City metro area.

Please follow our Measuring Guide to ensure our inserts are the correct fit for your planter. We do not offer refunds if your Blooms Insert does not fit your planter.
SMALL: 12" wide at top tapering to 8 1/2" wide at bottom and 11 1/4" tall
MEDIUM: 13 3/4" wide at top tapering to 9 1/2" wide at bottom and 12 3/4" tall
LARGE: 16 1/8" wide at top tapering to 11" wide at bottom and 13 3/8" tall

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Subscribe and save 5% per delivery!
Subscribing ensures you always have beautiful seasonal blooms without getting your hands dirty.
Our Four Season Subscription includes four deliveries per year (Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter). You will be emailed when it is time to choose your selection for the upcoming season via the Customer Portal. You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery.
You will be billed for the first season at time of purchase. After your first delivery, your account will be adjusted to the regular billing cycle as follows:
Billing Dates:
SPRING - February 1
SUMMER - May 1
FALL - August 1
WINTER - November 1
Please leave the past season's insert/planter at the front of your home or business for the exchange and we will remove it when we bring the new seasonal insert/planter.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at info@plantersdirectkc.com. You can cancel at any time but we do not issue refunds once you have been charged for the upcoming season. If you cancel after the billing date, we will deliver the current season as your final delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Planters Direct KC provides high quality plants and detailed care instructions specific for each season. It is the customers responsibility to water and care for the plants according to the instructions. If you notice a specific plant is not thriving please let Planters Direct KC know within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, the customer is fully responsible for the planters care and no refunds will be given. We do not offer refunds if your Blooms Insert does not fit your planter.
